How prepared are you for the Soccer World Cup? The world is definitely feeling the spirit, I just hope we South Africans are feeling it.

The 3D Crazzzzzze!

When the first movie was made in 1895, many people probably never thought beyond, black and white, the possibility of colour, let alone 3D. In the techno consumed society we live in today people think about new inventions everyday. I always thought that just by watching a movie old school style (in the cinema/at home) was the best thing ever, that’s until the word 3D became the buzz. Every week you hear “made in 3D”, but what does that actually mean and how will it affect cinema in the long run?

From Avatar to Alice in Wonderland,Toy Story and even a 3D Bible movie(http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/movies/news/a207616/paramount-to-make-3d-bible-movie.html) , more and more films are going this root and Hollywood seems to be enjoying the end of this 3D rainbow.

Technology is all good and well, but just how far are we willing to go and how far can your wallet go? And when does it become too much… http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/6952352/Do-3D-films-make-you-sick.html

Everyone says if you haven’t experience the 3D cinema world you haven’t experience anything. Maybe Max Frisch was right when he said “Technology… the knack of so arranging the world that we don’t have to experience it.”
